- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) experience in Project Management, preferably with experienced in high rise condominium project
- Applicants must be willing to work in NCR.
- The primary authorized representative of the Project Management Consultant who will be responsible for the Owner.

The officially appointed individual, who will represent and make decisions for and on behalf of the team.

Responsible in giving guidance, directions and instructions to the team.

Presides during meetings.

Assists the Owner’s Representative in the performance of his functions, duties and responsibilities

Establish project site policies and flow of responsibility and communication

Implement the decisions of the Owner pertaining to the project.

Organize and coordinate the entire Project Team of Consultants, Designers, Contractors and Vendors

Lead, plan, program and monitor the various activities involved in the project.

Provide the necessary co-ordination links, as well as maintain the harmonious relationships within the Project Team.

Assist in co-ordination the works between the Owner and Designers, Contractors, and Vendors in order to expedite the successful completion of the project.

Prepare presentation materials and report to the Owner.

Disseminate all instructions, information, reports, meeting minutes to the Project Team.
