Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for the company business
- Explain to potential clients about the services offered by company
- Following up potential clients to close the business deals
- Respond to queries from clients regarding the company’s services
- Prepare and submit accreditation requirements of clients
- Assist the VP for Operations in developing business proposals for new clients
- Learn comprehensive knowledge about the company business and practices, its clients, and the trends for the construction industry
- Participate in conferences, forums related to construction industry
- Develop database of client and contacts mailing lists
- Must have the ability to organize and schedule client meetings
- Proficient in oral & written communications
- Must be able to pitch to clients on company’s presentation meetings
- Must have networking skills, has the ability to build and maintain good relationships and contacts within and outside the company
- Must be analytical thinker with the ability to analyze new and prospective opportunities in the company business
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure and still meet up the given deadlines
- Pleasing personality
- Must be flexible and able to multi task on the job
- Ability to constantly generate new ideas for the company’s advancement and success
- Must have bachelor’s degree in any field related to business and marketing
- With own car is an advantage
