Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2-5 years of construction working experience
- Computer Literate
- Must be immediately available
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare over-all work schedule using Primavera and MS Project
- Prepare over-all project budget or cashflow using Excel
- Review, evaluation, analysis, monitoring and tracking of Contractor’s schedule
- Analyze construction budget in relation to construction schedule.
- Managing reviews and approvals of project schedule submitted by the Contractor
- Coordinate with the Contractor concerning the project progress
- Evaluate project progress and cashflow
- Submit Monthly Project Progress Report
- Assist in evaluating Contractor’s Billings
- Assist in doing Minutes of Meeting
- Assist in Office Documentation
- Evaluate time extension claim
