General Information
Located at the suburban community of Calamba, at Laguna Techno-Park Industrial Estate, this 4-story semiconductor manufacturing plant with enameled steel cladding panels and metal curtain wall extending over 150 meters in length. The plant is sited on a 40,000 square meter lot and contains a floor area of over 50,000 square meters. It features a composite slab structural system with heavy floor loading for industrial applications of each of its four independent semiconductor factories. Amenities include staff dining facilities, Executive Lounge, and full back-up power generator plant in a adjoining building.
IACAI provided Project Management and Construction Monitoring for the 28-month construction period and a 12 months of defects and liability period.
